Privacy Policy – NEOWAVE OTP Manager application
1. Purpose and publisher
NEOWAVE OTP Manager is published by NEOWAVE. This Privacy Policy explains how the application handles your data. It applies to the iOS and Android versions distributed through the App Store and Google Play.
Where applicable, NEOWAVE acts as the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. No collection of personal data
The application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to NEOWAVE or to any third party. It does not require users to create an account or register, does not communicate with any server operated by NEOWAVE, and does not include any analytics, usage tracking, advertising, or monitoring tools. No advertising identifiers are accessed.
As no personal data is collected, no such data is stored on our servers, shared, rented, or sold to third parties.
3. Where your data is stored
Your OTP accounts are stored securely within the memory of your NEOWAVE security key or badge, not on your smartphone. The application reads this information only to display your OTP codes and does not store your secrets on the device. When you delete an account from the application, it is removed directly from the security key or badge. Communication between the application and the security key or badge takes place locally via NFC or USB.
The only information stored on your device consists of your display preferences, namely the application language and whether OTP codes should always be displayed. These preferences are deleted when you uninstall the application.
QR codes scanned with your device’s camera or imported from an image are processed locally on your device. No images are transmitted to NEOWAVE or to any third party.
4. Device permissions
The application requests the following permissions solely to provide the corresponding features. All processing remains local to your device and no data is transmitted.
Camera: to scan OTP configuration QR codes.
Photos and Files: to import a QR code from an image selected on your device.
USB: to communicate with your connected security key (Android only).

5. External links
The application settings contain links that open the NEOWAVE website in your web browser, including the corporate website, the online store (to purchase compatible security keys via the Compatible Keys section), and the support page, accessible through the Contact Us section. Access to these websites is governed by the NEOWAVE website Privacy Policy.
6. Children’s privacy
The application is not specifically intended for children and does not process any personal data relating to children.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of, and request the portability of your personal data.
As NEOWAVE does not collect or process any personal data through the application, these rights do not apply in this context.
